Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 4–6 business days from the dispatch date.
Shipping fees may vary depending on your order. A flat rate usually applies. If free shipping is offered (e.g. during promotions), it will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We ship directly from our suppliers using reliable UK delivery services. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Yes – as soon as your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Orders are shipped from outside the UK, but all customs duties and import taxes are fully covered. You won’t be charged any additional fees at delivery.
Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear or swimwear) can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
All returns must be initiated through our Support & Return Center. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
No – returns must be authorized via the Return Center first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
No – only the value of returned products is refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please always use a tracked shipping method.
Yes – exchanges are possible, but must be requested through the Support & Return Center before sending anything back.
Unless otherwise noted, sale items follow the same return policy as regular items.
